Thursday of being the man.

I started thursday by shooting a wedding in Los Angeles. Yes, I also photograph wedding as my side business. Anyways, I invited Candy to be my assistant for the wedding. This girl is the bomb. She is beautiful, smart and have a lot to offer. We connected really way during the drive to and from Los Angeles. I don't think I'm going to pursue this one too hard though. I don't want to ruin a good friendship like this. At the same time I do want to get with her so I need to figure out a way to make sure I don't lose the friendship if the sex happens and than stops. We'll see.

After I dropped her off, I went to a small, country like karaoke bar with my partner in crime, Mafia. I thought we were going to just chill, sing and drink some beers but it became an interesting night after all. As we got our beer and sat down, out of 10 people in the whole bar, I noticed two cute blond girls next to us, and another blond bartender that was off the clock. I was way too dressed for this place since I came straight from a wedding but it felt good. One of the girl sang first and I gave her a high five as she came down the stage.

Something about high fives that works so damn well to get things rolling. It's a way to create a connection without giving a predator like feeling.

Mafia and I went out to smoke and the two blonds came out within seconds so I asked for a lighter. I have a lighter but its an easy way to start a conversation by asking for one or offering one. We all talked and laughed.

Laughing is the key. If you can get a girl to laugh, she will drop her defense and open up to you more.

We went back in and I went up to sing a song. I won the girls over with my karaoke skills:) and told them they should throw me their panties next time. After 10 minutes of bullshitting around the bar, we went back out and made friends with a huge Samoan, Gabe and the blond bartender. I asked her about her tattoo and she showed us the rest on her chest and her back. No we didn't see her boobs. Conversation went well and she even told her friend how I backed her up when a creep was trying to talk to her. The bartender told us how couple months back, a guy punched her and slapped her friend outside of the bar because she didn't want to give him her number. Crazy or what? Mafia than came up with some funny ass jokes. "Did you go back in the bar and sing 'Hit me baby one more time?" and also "You did fall for him right?" Mafia was coming out with jokes left and right and we were just laughing hysterically. We went back in and Mafia and I sang one more song and decided to head out. I gave the two girl, Brittany and Shelley my Iphone to put their phone numbers in and told them I will contact them the next time we come to the karoke bar. It was a fun night.

For a pick-up artist who is also a man, in my opinion, I'd recommend V's blog at http://www.BecomingAPUA.com
